When Winnie the Pooh entered the public domain earlier this year, I knew it was the perfect story to share on the podcast! With ten chapters that stand alone, each episode will feature one story from the world of the Hundred Acre Woods. Our scripture memory passage is Philippians 2:3-11, a passage that calls us to mirror the image of Christ, the perfect friend. Jeff recorded “What a Friend We Have in Jesus”, a timeless hymn for children and grown ups alike. The poem invites children to get ready for the story. Each week you’ll hear a poem that connects to the theme in the story. Finally, we have a fun riddle at the end. Leave me a comment here or on Instagram and I’ll give a shout out to the first kid who guesses correctly. Thanks for tuning in, we hope you enjoy listening!
Grace & Peace,
Holly & Jeff

(the bass may be a little buzzy around minute 1… we’re working it out, in the meantime, sing loud!)
Go find Lawhead on Spotify to hear more by Jeff… This cover of “My Testimony” is dope (he’s waaay cooler than me and deserves the use of words like that)
